Regarding disputes between the developer and end user, DeepSeek assumes no responsibility. Developers bear full liability for any end-user breaches of the terms. (line 77-85/R)

Additionally, DeepSeek can request proof from developers on the legality of their funds (line 72/R). If illegal activity is suspected, DeepSeek can report the matter to authorities (line 95/R).
